I agree, don't panic. However that phrase isn't especially useful. Clinical trials failing isn't uncommon either.


There are also multiple other vaccines using completely different techniques to trigger immunity in stage 3 trials if this ultimately fails


One bit of positive impact this might have is to increase people's confidence in the safety of the process.


Yeah given the size of their trial there's a good chance this is a reaction to something else rather than the vaccine.
