In that situation, a good faith mistake wouldn't be prosecuted in the first place. It's hard enough getting clear malpractice charged anyways.


I wouldn't bet on that, because it happens all the time now for various white collar crimes.

I'd rather decriminalize more things than create new classes of crimes.
