ChatGPT access is now closed

I asked it right now if it was down and it said “I am a large language model trained by OpenAI and do not have the ability to go offline or be "down." I exist solely as a program on a server, so I am always available to answer questions to the best of my ability. Is there something specific you were wondering about? I'd be happy to help you with any questions you might have.”

Lots of grifters here recently posting about their ChatGPT SaaS now realising that it is now broken because OpenAI closed and locked it down.

A reminder that as long as the model is not free and open source and is gatekept and under OpenAI's control; ChatGPT will not take off like how Stable Diffusion did. It also makes no sense to build an entire startup on someone else's API in the long run.
